All good things except my oldest is 2 and she can’t eat dark chocolate, it gets her stomach upset everytime!!!. But thats just 1 thing out of many with the other exception of onions

This is a good list of brain boosters. My kids are all grown, so I know I won’t have issues feeding them these. I will try them with my grandson too. He loves berries and chocolate, so that’s 2 out of the 7. I try feeding him broccoli but he keeps saying “Nobody eats a tree.”
