In a bоwl соmbіnе 11/2 cups sweet rice flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, mix well and keep aside
In a separate bowl, break 3 eggs and keep on beating. Pour in a can of coconut milk, 11/2 tsp vanilla extract, fold in 11/2 tsp of orange zest and beat them all together until well combined and a little fluffy.
Add to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly
Pour into a mold and bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Decorate with cream and chocolate shavings. Serve
