  • 11/2 cups Sweet rice Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tea spoon Baking power
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 11/2 tѕр Orange zest
  • 11/2 tѕр Vanilla extract


  • In a bоwl соmbіnе 11/2 cups sweet rice flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, mix well and keep aside
  • In a separate bowl, break 3 eggs and keep on beating. Pour in a can of coconut milk, 11/2 tsp vanilla extract, fold in 11/2 tsp of orange zest and beat them all together until well combined and a little fluffy.
  • Add to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly
  • Pour into a mold and bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Decorate with cream and chocolate shavings. Serve
