Ingredients
  

  • 11/2 cups non fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp honey (optional
  • For Garnishing
  • 1/2 sliced peach
  • 5-6 raspberries
  • 1 tsp fresh coconut shavings
  • 4-5 sliced almonds
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 4-5 sliced almonds

Instructions
 

  • In a mixer combine non fat yogurt, milk, mango pieces vanilla essence and honey.
  • pulse for 5 mins
  • pour into a bowl
