Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Carrot Grated
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds Roasted
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grate carrots and keep aside
  • Take a pan and dry roast the sunflower seeds
  • In a medium sized bowl combine grated carrots, whole blueberries, and sunflower seeds.
  • Drizzle over olive oil and lemon juice. Stir in the pepper powder and salt. Serve
  • Give everything a thorough mix. Serve
